"As a healthcare provider, it was sickening knowing such pt care exists in the US, specifically knowing it’s a facility for KIDS. I took my 3 year old for an appointment there, extremely rude staff, flat affect, the phlebotomist had the tourniquet on my sons arm while they were socializing and going through messages! Reading other reviews seems like phlebotomist are known to be this rude and unprofessional towards kids. these are kids who are already terrified from pokes and strangers. Absolutely 0 bed side manners, not sure who’s doing the hiring process but the least they can do is be KID FRIENDLY."

"The whole front desk on garden level for Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation need to be fired unprofessional, I came in wasn’t even acknowledged everyone were on their phones , I sat for 30 minutes before I had to go up to my desk and the lady was playing monopoly go on her phone! Any way I sat for 30 minutes and my son wasn’t even seen because they had a scheduling mishap or whatever. Then she didn’t even reschedule my appointment she told me to call and reschedule. Terrible look for you guys that particular area is the only place we have a problem with service at"

"Do not go to that hospital if your child needs a blood test! The workers in the pediatric blood laboratory are very bad. Never leave your child with them! They are treated badly, especially slaves (I am not talking about racism), but do not allow these girls to touch your son. My daughter is two and a half years old. They were screaming at her because she was crying and afraid of the needle and the blood! They were holding her hands in a terrifying way and my husband was about to scream at them! I will file a complaint against these three girls soon! Don't go to that lab at all!!"

"If you refuse one of there services they make sure you don't get into any of the other one. I took my child out the speech therapy because. I didn't like the way the speech therapist was treating my child or me. They are definitely racist. I didn't like it at all. However l know the OT are different and seem to really like working with children. And my child need that more then the other services"
