"Dr. Stacy Leatherwood was quiet and reserved and sat in her chair with her arms folded, seemingly uninviting. She was very knowledgeable about Henry Ford and the procedures and go-around of the phone and appointment system. And very attentive to her computer and charts. But overall she seemed uninterested in our appointment. We waited 70 minutes to see her – the nurse said, “that is very usual for her, unfortunately”. And she spent a total of 7 minutes with us before leaving the room. We didn’t even know how to get out of the office. I suppose some people like her for her calm demeanor. But I preferred the attentiveness, care, ease of contacting, and getting a hold of Serenity Pediatrics than I did at Dr. Leatherwood’s office."

"Dr. Leatherwood is amazing! She has been the pediatrician for both of our children ( now 26 & 19) and now our nine month granddaughter. I know she has hundreds of patients, but she always makes you feel like she knows you personally, even when you run into her outside of the office. She has wonderful bedside manner, listens to your concerns and offers solutions, very professional and down to earth. In over 19 years, I cannot think of one instance where our family’s interaction with her has not been positive."
