"From the check in to the check out is amazing. I have been going here for 7 years with 3 children. Everytime is a pleasant experience. When my children are sick they provide same day appts to ensure the safety of them. They don't pressure you into doing anything that's not best for the child. I love this place and all the people in it! Thanks everyone for providing us with great service!!!"

"Dr Morsi was a wonderful Doctor for my kids who have now aged out of his practice. He was very patient with both my kids and we were always able to get in if not the first day of calling, but the following day. The front staff would always send a message to the doctor, especially if my son needed to be seen for frequent ear infections. I would highly recommend him to anyone."

"The people at the desks never answer the phones, my daughter was getting a rash and I was concerned so I called them on Monday and they told me to wait a few days and call them back. On Wednesday I call back and they told me that they closed early that day so to call back the following day so I call back on Thursday and nobody answers the phone so then Thursday night/Friday morning my daughter is in the hospital. Everyone says “call your pediatrician” okay we’ll I did again and again and all this place ever does is not answer the phone and the ladies at the front desk are rude, you don’t wanna work then go home. You work in a pediatric doctors office, you are supposed to be kind and setting examples. I’ll be calling to get my daughters chart and sending her elsewhere, no wonder our favorite doctor Ella left the practice and went elsewhere. Not to mention when you call and they ask what you are calling for they are very dismissive and rude, I’m a concerned mother not your guys punching bag to talk to like that. Seems like the more I read the reviews and talk to mutual friends and family that come here it’s a pattern & honestly have no idea how you all are still employed & how this place is even still open."
