"Dr Koza is an excellent doctor who makes herself readily available to her patients in the office on Saturday or via the patient portal outside of normal business hours. She listens to her patients with compassion and together a plan of care is established. Dr Koza is concerned that her patients are well taken care of often providing resources for extended care. She will celebrate the small and big victories with her patients as they make progress in their treatment. Dr Koza is attentive to the needs of her patients and I have recommended her to members of my family of all ages."

"My son turned 18, so we deciding to look for a new Doctor and decided on Dr. Koza for many reason one of which looked like a more natural approach to medical. Upon 1st appt I can't say I was very impressed she seemed very cold not friendly etc. But it seemed my son didn't mind her so whatever. First appt was to get a referral to a specialist, but as his first visit you would think she would do an over check on him like ears nose etc., nothing of that matter was done. I had a script for Bloodwork which she mentioned He could have it done at the office and that she would rewrite the script so that he could come back and get it taken care of there I made an appt spoke with the receptionist she verified they had it so that i wouldn't have to wait. Get to the office clearly they have no clue on where the script was, that it wasn't scanned into his records. just unprofessional of the Doctor herself, the front staff was trying I guess, The older lady was very nice that's about all I can say nice about the office, I left asked that they send me his original script and that they better not send me a bill. Will not be returning to that office again. Thanks for wasting our time. People do work and our time is just as important as yours."

"Dr Koza has been an incredible support for my family. She’s a great listener and genuinely cares about everyone’s well-being. I’m a FTM and my son is her patient but she makes sure to check in with me and offers lots of helpful advice and information regarding all the things based on where he is at. * I am coming back to say, we spent about 1.5 yrs with Koza but ended up transferring our care elsewhere. It felt like after some time, both providers weren’t super attentive to our individual needs. Ie made comments about our first fever/rash experience being “very first time mom obvious” and our son wasn’t rapidly gaining weight Altho still on his curve and gaining, but was asked to keep a 30 day food log and it just not longer fit our views. They provide good care but definitely seem to be overbooked."
