"Staff was great and I was seen at my appointment time. Took away 1 star because they need better hearing protection. Foam ear plugs are not enough and it's my fault for not asking for something else like adding a headset. Better signage is also needed. The west entrance opens to a long blank hallway. I took a chance and just walked hoping to see something. Several blank doors later I did. With a bad foot I was concerned."
