"Dr. Howard and the nursing staff are great ! Patient, friendly, highly competent. The reception desk is quite the opposite. No one greets you when you walk in.. The first time here I awkwardly stood for 30 seconds while no one looked up or said anything and finally started to walk away to see if there was another place to check in and then someone spoke. They appear to hate their jobs and have little interest in customer service or smiling. Once you get past there, everything is good though!"

"Dr. Howard has been in the pediatric field for ages and as a result, obviously has loads of experience. In fact, he was my pediatrician growing up. Believe me when I say this, you don’t know when you have a great doctor for your kids until you have a pediatrician that isn’t all that great. He is thorough and cares about each one of his patients.
