"I went to see this jerk last year with my fiancé while suffering from what I knew was a sinus infection and likely tonsillitis. This quack told me that I was just sick and that I was being dramatic. He then asked me why I took Paxil and when I said that I had been diagnosed with CPTSD he scoffed and asked me what happened! I did not divulge the details and he then suggested that as I am overweight I probably just have sleep apnea. I do not. I got a second opinion from my actual doctor and got antibiotics for a severe sinus infection, tonsillitis, and a double ear infection."
"Dr. Bruno advised me to put neosporin in my nose when I came in because I was experiencing discomfort in my left nostril and was blowing out blood on that side only for over 2 weeks. I did a quick Google search and found out that you should not put neoporin in your nose. I'm getting a second opinion and canceled my next appointment to his office. Kind of unprofessional. **Update: I was prescribed antibiotics at another urgent care."
"I came for a pre employment physical and was berated by Dr.Bruno for having medication on my chart after a major surgery. I was told that I should stop being so honest with doctors and I should lie to them. I’m never going back even if my work requires it."
"I have known Dr Bruno and Lori for over 30 years, I have never questioned Dr Brunos decisions...ever and he has been spot on. His staff if extraordinary, very helpful and courteous. Reference to many of the negative comments, I have not seen them in my time with his office. If you don't like honesty, sharp at times...grow a back bone. Time will show that masks help little if at all (this has been proven). If you actually look at the reviews, and get rid of the liberal snowflake complaints, you won't find a better office."
"Terrible practice, here are the details of my experience: If you don't want to read full details, bottom line bad practice as apparent in reviews. Do not bring your kids or daughters here, they don't care about their patients and try various ways to get more money from you. As a woman & patient, my experience with lori (a woman doctor) she was always difficult & unwilling to advocate for me as a patient. Will no longer be a patient here. (continue reading for details below) I've come here for the past few years for my prescription refills & check ups once a year so my experience speaks on years of unprofessionalism. I had lori who was mediocre & didn't advocate or listen to her patient. Every time I went in for a prescription refill, she would not give me a refill until running multiple tests including ones I thought were unnecessary and uncomfortable with but she insisted anyway or would not give me the prescription refill. Moreover, when she did 'approve' the prescriptions after the tests results came, she would write me prescriptions for 5 months instead of the standard 1 yr prescription (for BC) and did this on multiple occasions in an attempt to get me in the office more. My final experience with them I came in for a check up & specifically needed doctors note to certify my cat as emotional support animal (as I specified when making the appointment & the office told me they had done such notes before). During check up we discussed my mental health concerns & I asked for the papers for my cat, she agreed. The appointment went in the same manner as described above, I felt uncomfortable but still complied and was still given a 5 month prescription after had gone through the same process the year prior. Finally when we were done & I was checking out I noticed she had not written the emotional support note for my cat with the rest of the things. When I was checking out I asked for it & the receptionist told me that she was with a patient now and that I could come pick it up tomorrow. The next day when I called the office & nurses said they would talk to lori and call me back. No one called me back, even lori didn't call personally to tell me no as my doctor. I came to the office the next day to ask for it in person & explain to them that this was the main reason for my appointment and that she had already agreed, plus I was told I could get it the next day when SHE had forgotten. The office staff told me 'lori changed her mind' & refuses to because 'apartments usually don't accept her notes for that'. Utterly disappointing that she wouldn't even try to help me even though she has been my personal doctor for years now & it honestly wouldn't have cost her anything just to try and write the note but they made it clear they were not willing to do anything for me. I will tell people to NOT come here from now on."
