"I have been seeing Dr. Ali for a few years now. The office staff is efficient and friendly, and always helpful when I call. I very much appreciate the time Dr. Ali spends with me at appointments. She listens and sees me as an individual! I have never felt as if she had to rush through the appointment to see another patient. Most of all, I appreciate her balance between traditional and alternative medicine - and she tells me things I can do to help myself that doesn't include medication!"

"I went to Dr. Ali on recommendation of a friend after years of sub-par primary physicians. I was tired all the time, had trouble losing weight in spite of effort to lose, and had other symptoms consistent with hormonal imbalance (my friend had similar symptoms, hence the recommendation). After years of primaries poo-pooing my pre-diabetes level fasting blood glucose and seemingly unwilling to focus beyond cholesterol and "you just have to lose weight," I finally got some answers from Dr. Ali. She ran a full bloodwork, focus on hormones (which were wacked) and A1C. Gave me some direction and continues to monitor every 3-6 months (versus the "see you next year" consistent with my other doctors). My A1C was down a full point within 3 months and my Estrogen, Progesterone, and Testosterone levels had all improved. Rather than just send me on my way, she wanted to continue working on a few areas that hadn't improved as much as she would have liked. We made a few changes to the plan. I like that Dr. Ali explores possible diet impacts on symptoms as well as the endocrine aspects. She explains things in a way that is easy to understand and I feel comfortable asking questions.
