"I have brought my dog to the Posh Pup several times, none of which I felt wildly impressed by, but it was always just okay and out of convenience, we continued to visit. I had an incredibly disappointing experience today that will unfortunately lead me to visiting elsewhere. I called the Posh Pup to ask when my dog may be done being groomed and they replied "Oh yeah they're done. We tried calling". I stated that I have zero missed calls from them and did not receive an apology on the phone, just "Oh okay" - I know they *have* the correct number as the woman working the counter had me check before I left after dropping my dog off earlier! There are even two numbers on file, so if that were true, they could have tried the second. I brought this up again upon pick up, just expressing that I was disappointed. I was stared at, given a "sorry, thats $65". For a 12 pound dog. Previously it has always been $50. Perhaps I paid for them to babysit my dog without them even letting me know they were done. I wouldn't know as you don't get a receipt. I hate to say it, it just feels that they are careless when it comes to customer service. All around, it was quite a negative experience and we won't be back. Not like they'd care if we did."

"I used the self serve area. The advertised price on the website was $10. When I got there I was charged $15. Before I came, I tried to call to see what I needed to bring with me. No one answered the phone. Thankfully I brought shampoo and brushes. Only the room and towels are provided."

"I’m very disappointed it’s so uneven it look like a kid cut it. My daughter seen her and cried it’s horrible. I called to speak to a manager, and didn’t like the response I got I will never go back not worth my 55 dollars..........:::::::::also what was I charged for nothing was cut but her face and if her being 6 months was an issue that's should've been told me a real manager never even contact me after I asked to speak to a manger to express my concerns what happen to good customer service"

"I've been taking my dog, Harvey, here for a little over a year and am always happy with the results. He's an aussie so his fur is a lot to tackle and they always do a great job trimming him up and loving on him!"
