They had crust still under there eyes, I asked to make sure to trim them evenly. There was no trimming. The worst groomer I have ever been to. I paid a $140 learn that mistake.."

"I’ve been taking my 100lb Labrador Retriever to Tina for about 5 years now. It’s always a pleasant experience. She takes special care with his nail trims as he’s had a prior groomer clip too short, so he’s skittish about one paw in particular and he even lets her trim the hair btwn his paw pads. He’s never been crated so I love there are no cages and he’s the only one there while she works, which makes it super fast! He’s usually ready in less than an hour looking great and smelling fresh. Highly recommend!"
