"I’ve been taking my pets here for 15 years. This clinic was great up until it was sold to a private equity firm around 3-4 years ago. Yes, a private equity firm now owns this clinic (it’s an unfortunate trend around the country). Since this new ownership, there has been a revolving door of doctors and staff. Service has gone downhill significantly and prices have become outrageous. This clinic now practices on the premise that every minute needs to be monetized and providing care is secondary. If you have an urgent need for your pet to be seen, don’t expect to get an appointment any time soon. They can’t keep enough doctors on staff there, so appointments are often a long wait. Do yourself a favor and find an independently owned vet clinic, not a corporation."

"I have been going to Parkway Veterinary Clinic for over 35 years. I would never take my dogs to any other place. The doctors are excellent, the staff is outstanding. I have recommended them to so many people I can’t even count and I’ve never heard anyone say anything negative about them. I’ll continue to go to Parkway for my two current little dogs and all future dogs. I’ve never considered going anywhere else. My dogs are my family and my family deserves the best!!"

"Worst possible place to get your pets medical travel documents. Still waiting after 6 weeks to get a Rabies FAVN certificate from Kansas State University that has a standard 3 week turnaround issuance. I have had a many of these reports done in the past and they are time sensitive due to being required for international travel. This vet messed up on the documents and had to submit them twice causing a serious delay that could have cost me thousands. In addition to this they clearly do not understand the standard information or documentation required for export as I had to explain in detail every piece that was required. After the 4th attempt I nearly had to write the document myself. Honestly expected more from a vet that charges double the rate of any other vet in the area. Go anywhere else to save yourself the headache. If you do go here, have them give you the bill ahead of time as they are popular for massively increasing the price tag after the fact. I was quoted $400 for the FARV report when I made the appointment but was charged $800 when I arrived."

"We have been bringing our dogs to Parkway for 25 years. Though some of the doctors have retired, we have always been happy with the veterinarians and the staff. We are especially fond of Dr. Nick. They always follow up with us after procedures to make sure our dogs are doing okay. The vet techs are always kind and affectionate with our dogs. We have had nothing but positive experiences with Parkway. We highly recommend them."
