"I was diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in both hands. I was a mess when I first arrived in Dr. Rasheed's office. I had the hands of a three year old. My wrist were extremely weak and it hurt to do EVERYTHING. Upon the initial visit he thoroughly examined my hands, giving certain test with different apparatus'. He listened well and took extensive notes. I began seeing him twice a week for 6 weeks. My therapies included, hot wax, ultra sound, massage strengthening exercises, and a special wrist wrap that I went home with after each session. His office assistant, Keton, is the sweetest Soul. She always greeted me with a smile and warm positive Energy each time I arrived. Midway through my therapy, I began taking my 86-year old mother for balance and coordination strengthening. She looked forward to her sessions as well I did. My hands are much better now and I'm extremely happy with the results of my therapy. I highly recommend Dr. Rasheed Alade."
