"It's been a while since I've had my twisted, painful ankle treated there back to normal in shorter than the normal treatment duration, and that's what I was there for! (I was looking up this place now for the address to recommend it to my wife for her foot pain, and I couldn't believe some of the bad reviews, but hey, everyone is entitled to say anything even if the may have had a bad day!)"

"Theramatrix is only allowing 4 viisits at a time, then I have to get a new Perscription. I am Very frustrated with Chrysler for even using it. I usually have 60 visits per injury. I have to keep getting scripts every 4 visits."

"By far one of the worse networks for physical therapy there is; very limited facilities in community, especially ones with updated new equipment and aquatic therapy. Some of the best PT facilities don't accept them. They need to get more locations in the communities, better updated equipped facilities and much better customer service. BCBC and Ford needs to get out of this network ASAP; huge mistake."

"This is by far the worst physical therapy network to deal with. If I could I would give them no stars. They are so awful ATI won’t even accept patients who have to go through them. Appointment lengths are 45 min instead of an hour and for someone who has multiple issues this is not enough time. I am super disappointed ford decided to use these people, worst decision ever."

"TPTN is a wonderful company to work for. It's a family owned business, which is great. The Directors are good at what they do and excellent bosses. Everyone in the department cares first and foremost about our members. The relationship with our providers is very good. The company provides members with 60 visits per condition, per calendar year. That is something that nobody else offers for physical therapy visits."
