"Horrible experience at the Jackson, MI location. Techs called in all the time, supervisors lied to me about sons ABA options to keep him there at Illuminate. We were denied the tech we requested even though she wanted the hours and no one could give a reason why she couldnt be our tech. That tech had to leave because they treated her so poorly and wouldnt give her hours. Supervisors were rude and condescending to me as the mother and lied blatantly to my face when inquiring about our ABA options. They actually called and questioned me about where I was going after we left them. Do not use this company, they are horrible at communication and showing up for sessions."
