"I had to go in for an x-ray, and was very surprised to find that you didn’t need an appointment, just show up. Maybe I was just lucky. there was no wait I walked right in. They got me right away from my X-Ray. I was in and out in 10 or 15 minutes. More surprising the x-ray was read with the report back from my doctor by noon so less than a two hour turnaround. I’ve never had that experience before."

"Signs in the building state hours are 6 am-5pm. Another sign at the desk of receptionist states the correct hours 8a-4p. Even this platform has the incorrect time. There is no customer service, they shoved a piece of paper at me with a list of invalid phone numbers to other locations. I looked at the staff like they were crazy because, you know, trying to call a medical office is hard to get through. I would have taken the initiative and said, let me call and find out for you. One of the numbers is legitimately a google voice number. After being so rudely dismissed I searched for Corewell imaging and made the 40 minute drive to Dearborn where we are currently waiting to be seen for the x-ray."
