"The service is great, but like most medical places these days, the billing is totally messed up. Rather than sending to my insurance, like they have on file, they are now sending borderline threatening letters to my house stating further action is coming if I do not pay my outstanding balance. How about bill to the insurance that you have on file, geniuses. For this trouble I would recommend going somewhere else. Update: LOL, it was a simple urgent care visit. They're covered under my plan. I'm sorry the insurance company chose not to pay, but that's not on me. Nice try, though. Maybe think twice before trying to run a business based on collecting money from insurance companies if it's going to be a problem. Sorry. I'm not an insurance company. Unfortunately, over 50% of medical procedures are misbilled these days. You should really think twice about misdescribing customers."

"I have had the best experience at this Urgent Care.The waiting time was Within 15 minutes. The staff was very nice and friendly. The Physicians and nurse practitioners are very knowledgeable and professional. Within less than an hour I was on my way home."
