"I went to heigra 2/2/23 the intake specialist told me they couldn't help me there referred me out and here it is 7 mths later and no one has contacted me from referral and I called in left several messages to WCC. Desk lady at heigra on wayne rd was NOT VERY helpful at all they like to push off. They make you feel even more lost"

"The therapist provided to me was not a match. I was told there is no other therapist I may try and to try to continue with the one I was given. She was unable to recognize she was no longer any assistance to me and kept me in treatment longer than expected. If you are in the area and looking to establish care, I highly recommend avoiding Heigera Westland at all costs and try Hegira Livonia, Cruz Clinic Livonia, or Apex Behavioral Health in Westland instead. They are all better than this place."

"Counselors don't call you back, then they won't let you change counselor without a meeting. Won't let you see the doctor unless you see a counselor first. Not helping anyone trying to help themselves."

"The worst doctor I have ever had the chance to visit. The first time I came to see her, she did not even have a stethoscope to check my ear infection. So she asked me; three simple questions. Then by that determination she stated; "I no longer had an ear infection." Which of course I still did, and had to receive further treatment from another doctor. I would never recommend anyone coming here unless you ABSOLUTELY HAVE TOO.."
