"The doctor seems nice , but we had to wait for almost one hour or at least 45 minutes in the small room after our scheduled time."

"Came here because I needed a concussion evaluation for my son. Dr. Gupta questioned why we haven't been in and I had told her that because of my work schedule it was a little more convient for me to go the urgent care when he needed to be seen. She then proceeded to shame us for going to facilities like that because they take money from physicians like her!!! she proceeded to pretty much refuse to evaluate my sons concussion because I told her that the Beaumont adolescent center told me that I would need to get clearance from her and she pretty much told me that I could just go to them to get the clearance if I go to them usually anyway! are you kidding me??????!?!?!? talk about unprofessional and totally un called for! update: they called me the next day and apologized and said that there must have been a miscommunication and that if I hadn't already gone and got an evaluation she would see him but only if I agree on coming there every year for his physical! its so sad to know that Dr Turkish would sell to someone that didn't have the same passion as her towards her patients DO NOT GO, DO NOT RECOMMEND"

"Waited 1 hour 30 minutes after my appointment time in the germ infested, old outdated lobby.PLUS another 40 mins in the room to see a doctor. This is our last time coming here. There were so many excuses as to why we were waiting so long, And i am a pretty patient person so....we came back. Worst decision EVER. Don't come to this place if you are a busy parent."
