"Took 1-2 months to get insurance properly running (I'd never had that issue before) after canceling my appointment before it was scheduled. Then when I finally got the testing that I wanted it was limited in scope and did not complete what it should've."
"I took my son here months ago and have heard anything back from them about anything. This is very unpleasant and unprofessional. Don't blame it on the pandemic this is why yall rescheduling appointments, not giving me a call back not setting up appointments for my son. "If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Not happy with this place. Took them 3 months to contact me just to set something up, but they didn't contact me like they were supposed to I ended up contacting them. My first time being there took a half hour just to check in. Not because of paperwork, because no one was at the front desk! My appointment was at 11:20 am, I arrived at 11:13ish and did not get helped until 11:47 when someone finally walked into the front office and realized people were waiting. They do not have a bell on the desk to let them know someone is waiting either. Also, my insurance needed to speak to the physician about some important billing information and the physician did not call them back so I am having billing issues now. I called them last night and left a message stating I need to be contacted ASAP, no one has called. I called again today letting them know this is urgent and I need to be contacted ASAP and still no contact. I have an appointment Friday and I think it will be my last, I am extremely disappointed with this facility and I do NOT recommend them!"
"If I could give zero stars, I would. They have messed up scheduling multiple times to include wrong location. They were late for scheduled appointments several times. They have multiple data entry errors. I've been called a liar by the therapist due to their receptionist errors. The level of incompetence and unprofessionalism at this facility is egregious! Its absolutely awful. Don't waste your time if you are in serious need of help."
