"Kanous and associates are a joke. I have been missed billed twice now. Then when asked about it whole issue about billing I get told look at my EOB, Its correct on the EOB. It was NOT billed correctly at all, incorrect person with incorrect counselor. NONE of the counselors that my family were seeing were available when the counselor set the appointment up to begin with. I would be on my way to appointment and get a text canceling my appointment. Not a good place to find any help with any problems. I WILL NEVER go there again. If I could do negative I would."
