"The manager is rude and unprofessional. The therapists are wonderful, but there is a serious lack in communication regarding the way the billing is handled. They will not send you bills in the mail, instead they will sign you up for electronic invoices without you knowing. When you log on to the same portal for the visits, it will say $0 for the balance. They won’t mention the balance you owe until it gets to the point of them threatening to cancel your appointments with a short notice if you don’t pay. Recently they cancelled my appointment less than an hour before, and I found out when I logged on for it. If you ask clarification questions and seek additional information, you will be treated like you are intentionally avoiding paying your balance. Every patient has the right to ask for additional information regarding their outstanding balance. No patient deserves to be treated poorly over that. I would not recommend that anyone go through this office for services."
