"The room was nice and very clean. Staff members were pleasant. The only downside is the floors are soooo thin. I heard EVERY footstep of the guests above me. Even worse, they had a rambunctious child. If I stay here again, I will request a room on the top floor to prevent having to listen to footsteps all hours of the day/night."

"This was thee worst experience I've ever had staying at a Hotel/Inn !!!! My Husband booked a room for 2 nights for my birthday. We're coming in from a snow storm and the heater in our front room/sitting area kept blowing out cold air and at times it kept shutting off. We called front desk several times but no answer. We thought because it was late maybe no one is by the phone. We stayed in the bedroom where the other heater was and it kept the bedroom area warm. However the bathroom and front room was freezing and you felt the cold air coming in through the front room window. The next morning we ask for maintenance to fix the heater. We were told there was no maintenance and try hitting it and kicking it to get it to blow out heat. We said no is there something else that could done. They came to the room with a hammer and banged on the heating unit. Nothing helped, It was still blowing out cold air. The man said sorry about this and then left. About 2hrs later, the other unit in the bedroom started blowing out cold air too. We called the front desk again and the man ,(that's not maintenance because they don't have one) came back and started banging and kicking on the unit in the bedroom with his feet and hands trying to make it work. It blew out heat for about 15 minutes and then started blowing cold air again. We were fed up, tired and cold. We asked to be accommodated for the in house problem and we were denied because we booked through a third party. We asked for a refund and was denied because only the manager can do the refund it and they were not there or available. We tried to check out and was denied because they claimed the couldn't get into our account because we booked though a third party. We left without an invoice because we were denied one. We had no choice but to go home because we had dinner reservations and who wants to take a hot shower and walk into a freezing cold room. This was the most unprofessional, unorganized, low budget work environment we've ever experienced. This was our first and last time staying at Holiday Inn and we will NEVER step foot in another one of their establishments."

"Run down facility! Pool was disgusting and people were stomping above us to the point our room was rattling. It was midnight and the front desk recommended me moving my three sleeping kids under 7 to the 4th floor, instead of dealing with the people upstairs. $189 for a lovely 1am drive home with all 3 kids on New years.. I hope corporate does something about this"
