Comfort Inn

"Shopping trip from Canada, booked this Inn for a one night stay to do some shopping as the reviews were very good. The price was excellent and budget friendly. Stayed Feb 13 to 14, 2024. The young man at the front desk (didn’t get his name) was extremely professional, respectful, polite and friendly, made us feel very welcome and smiled a lot. Please note, this Inn is under some construction as they are updating, and truth be told there was no disturbance whatsoever. The breakfast was perfect, with plenty of options. Just an fyi due to the renovations, the breakfast room was moved to another room, regardless it was accommodating and well equipped. They truly did an excellent job under the circumstances. The breakfast host was super friendly and more than happy to assist, lovey host. Room: the room was spacious, very clean, both the room and bathroom, and bedding. Our beds were very comfortable, the mattress was soft and so comfy. Great size TV with plenty of channels to please anyone. Over all this was an excellent choice and for the price it couldn’t be beat. Thank you to the wonderful staff!"

"We drove from Illinois last minute for a funeral. No reservation and I can't say enough about this hidden gem. Clean, up to date, friendly and the service was above and beyond. The staff took time to talk and get to know us and offered true condolences. Definitely staying there again when we visit for the opening of The Legasea Aqarium."

"My husband and I have gone to this hotel for years. It's close to the job and restaurants. Their is a $250 deposit you get back in 3 - 5 business days. But they do offer a continental breakfast if you do not feel like going out to eat."

"Our experience from start to finish was outstanding. We were greeted by Elvis (not Presley) at the desk, and he was fabulous as was the Monday to Friday woman who sets up the food for breakfast, which had a lovely assortment of food and beverages. For those with a sweet tooth there are fresh baked cookies throughout the day. Our room was extremely clean, bathroom had a large walk in shower and was well stocked with thick towels, extra wash clothes and an extra box of Kleenex. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. This is an idea location for those who want to shop in the Utica/Sterling Heights area as everything is close by as well as restaurants. We will definitely make this our go to for our shopping trip."

"The check-in clerk was VERY polite and accommodating. Someone else made our reservations, so we weren't sure what rooms were reserved for us. He was very nice and flexible in helping us straighten it out. He also came up to our room personally to help us get our TV up and running when the settings were confused by a previous guest. The bed was very comfortable, and even though the rooms showed some wear, I had no complaints."
