"It was horrible. The housekeepers were amazing and the rooms looked immaculate. Now if there was a different front desk or of the front was more respectful and paid more attention it would have been better. But I recommend not going there. I don’t like the way I, my family, or the workers were treated. I’m not sure the term for it, but it was overall horrible. I regret going."

"The front desk is rude. Doesn’t care about guests. I waited at the front for a while. Someone let her know and she said I need to ring the bell. That’s ridiculous. If she can see me then she should come out. The only people that made it worth it was the housekeeping. They were super sweet. But other than that, I’ve never stayed at such a bad hotel. Do not recommend."

"The staff here is super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and didn’t notice too much noise from around me. Great place for a few nights with a almost full kitchen. Wish they had built in stove top but that’s just a personal preference."

"Very nice and hospitable staff!!! Customer service was spot on and the interaction with the employees from the manager to the cleaning staff was awesome. I saw the manager multiple times interacting with his staff in a positive manner, so it looks like he has forged a positive working environment resulting in a great team here in Elkhart. The only negative IMO was the breakfast choices - somewhat limited, but the coffee was 2 thumbs up."
