"Chow Mein noodles weren't completely cooked. Kind of rubbery. Chicken was great! Didn't have 2 or 3 menu items. Selection was limited. My son didn't get what he ordered. No communication about them being out of something. Just threw whatever in the box."

"Food was sweet which for some of the options was weird, for how everything is portioned like got the big plate but basically the same amount of food for someone who got just a plate but because it was 3 entries inside of 2, I don't know just a little weird for me. I would expected a little more for the price. Unfortunately they forgot our silverware so ended going in for it and our drinks on top of it. Kind of disappointed for our first time there."

"I had an issue with my food and when I came back to speak with a manager, manager Noe was so kind, patient, generous, and professional in helping correct the issue. Thank you so much for your empathy, Noe. I appreciate the understanding and the care you took in helping me. My replaced food was delicious, and the customer service was wonderful. I’ll be back again soon."

"Good food (if they have any in stock when you go), but terrible service. Went in to pick up an order, and wasn't acknowledged for 25 minutes. Not even a, "hello sir, we're a bit busy, but I see you and will be with you as soon as possible!" All of the staff avoid eye contact. I tried to catch the attention of someone at the front counter, but got the cold shoulder. Staff also seems to have lack of communication with eachother. It'd be nice if they had more orange chicken in stock more often. Honestly, if you take a chance and go, I'd give you a 30% chance of getting your food in a timely manner (if you can actually get your food, that is)."
