I walk across the street in the deep snow and as I'm about to walk in the lobby door an employee locks it and yells at me through the door saying I can't come in and need to leave. I'm literally disgusted at this place and will never support this location!! No wonder you guys only have a 3 star rating."

"As a former employee for Wendy’s I’m very disappointed in this location’s performance. This Wendy’s location has very bad customer service. Today, we went to order our lunch and was only able to order a baked potato before the cashier rudely told us our total. Unfortunately, we had 3 other items to order, but we took our business elsewhere. We also did not receive the sour cream and we requested extra salt and didn’t receive that either. The last time we went (last week), the cashier rudely said that our 3 sandwiches was a lot of money and made a comment about how she doesn’t know who can afford that, which I found very disrespectful. Hopefully management eventually fixes their staff’s attitude before all of Benton Harbor finds out how disrespectful their staff really is."

"The service was quick, the food hot & the frosty was cold. In my opinion, you can't go wrong with a with Dave's Double! Lesson learned. Crispy Panko Fish sandwich was not very good. The fish was not crispy at all. The combination of the salty fish, dill pickles and the dill tartar sauce, it tasted like what I can only describe as being salted jello between a bun. The Hot Honey Chicken sandwich was not very good. I didn't taste any spice or honey. The pickle chips are so thin that they just taste like leftover batter pieces from the deep fryer."
