"Doesn’t deserve my one star.. to say the least, worst costumer service and employees ever. Went in yesterday with my older sister and my friend just to shop at Sephora and left humiliated. Accused of shoplifting, and was kicked out for absolutely nothing. They have no idea what they are doing. They first accused my sister of shoplifting and then turned it on me and I’m sure if we weren’t kicked out it would’ve been my friend next. I suggest getting employees that don’t harass people and accuse them after proving their innocence. It’s not the fact that we got accused of stealing its the fact that we were kicked out of the store for doing absolutely nothing at all. As I said before, they have no idea what they’re doing at their grown age following around young girls for doing nothing.. I GUESS I should’ve went to Ulta instead of Sephora. Rude for no reason, Sephora in Benton Harbor will MOST DEFINITELY not be getting my money."

"Doesn’t deserve a single star. Went to sephora in this store and got accused of stealing. I had my own lip balm that I brought in, that they didn’t even have in it in stock here. How could I steal something they don’t even have. Some white lady with purple in her hair who can’t do her job right wrongfully accused me of stealing. Was asked if I was stealing I said no because I wasn’t. I told them to check the cameras and look for themselves, they did. Then they go on to accuse my little sister for stealing. So was it me or her??? Literally didn’t even know what they were talking about, they were just accusing left and right. Attitude was given from the floor workers and the manager over the phone. I told the manager I was wrongfully accused of stealing in this store. Manager over the phone said “is there something I can actually help you with?”. This has never happened to me and it was handled extremely poorly. Hire better employees that can do a simple task and not just accuse left and right. We were the only people of color in there and of course WE got accused. We got asked to leave after this because they didn’t feel like “dealing with it”!! This place is a JOKE. No type of professionalism was taken here."

"At my visit today in Sephora the girls Diana and Amber were very helpful. The other girl that works there too with the short hair is always very kind and helpful too. Appreciate the friendly attitudes."
