"I have nothing but positive things to say about Quality Inn. The staff were attentive and very accommodating. Our rooms were exactly what we were looking for. My wife and I really appreciated how close Quality Inn was to Houghton Lake and the kids really enjoyed all the attractions in the area. We had a chance to speak to the owner, a humble and kind man, who expressed his gratitude for our patronage. We will be sure to stay here again! 9/10"

"The linens were immaculate and absolutely spotless and I had a wonderful breakfast in the morning. The pool was amazing for my children to cool off during these warm months! I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!"

"I wish I could give this zero stars. I have been in cleaner bath houses. There were graham crackers on the floor, leaking gross water from the ceiling/room above us. we tried to call to the front desk but the phone wasn’t working. I wish I were being semi dramatic however this place needs Gordon Ramsay and episode hotel hell filmed here immediately. The continental breakfast made me want to leave the continental United States. The breakfast was one sad hard boiled egg and expired bagel. A frat house has more character, management and the owners need to sell this. front desk lady was very kind, gave me an extra towel. $150 for the preview of hells"

"Very disappointing visit! Our room had obviously not been cleaned other than putting on clean sheets and towels. Our bathroom sink had old coffee splash marks all over, coffee machine had leftover coffee pod in it, carpet had peanuts all over, paper receipt from prior guest laying on it and a screw from god knows what laying in the middle of the floor. Having the pool and hot tub out of order are the least of this places issues. The front desk gal was very apologetic when we complained and said she had already gotten complaints from several guests about how dirty the rooms were and said she keeps passing the complaints on but nothing happens. If the new owners don’t get it together they won’t last long with cleanliness issues like we saw."
