"Cute, older, log cabin style cabins right on Houghton Lake with docks to tie up your boats too. Cabins have bathrooms and kitchens, bring your own sheets, blankets and towels. Very reasonable prices. Nice little sandy beach, fire pits, grills, lawn furniture. A few tackle shops near by. We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay."
"Exactly what I expected and more! Rustic lakefront cabin. Little Beach area, play area and 2 docks made for an excellent stay. Owner is very friendly and not intrusive at all. She is proud of her facility, and a neat person. Great communication and down to earth. Other individuals at the resort were great too. There was a family reunion there, and that was no issue with our stay. Expectations were clear, info on the fridge and place was clean. Even when the geese came and made some messes by our door, they got it cleaned up. Highly recommended!! Be sure to bring your sheets and towels. Which we were aware of before hand and had no issues. Book early."

"This resort is wonderful! Located in the middle of the mitt, Houghton Lake. It is right on the water with dock access and it's own sandy beach. About 12 cabins nestled together. Multiple fire pits, a small playground area, even a pontoon you can rent! This is the perfect getaway for a weekend or the whole week. It is close to stores and located very close off the exit, yet it is quiet and provides that rest and relaxation you are looking for. Highly recommend this place!"
