"Should've listened when people told me, don't trust an insurance company with the word farm in it. They used to have good policies for contacting customers if something didn't look right or payment change caused an issue. NOT ANYMORE, just pay them and that's it? No help or understanding because that's "policy!""

"I dont like how you cant just call and someone answers. Always have to leave a message. I recently purchased a car. When i called a week ago, worker had to keep calling me back cause she couldnt hear me. There was a phone issue on your side. Called 3 times today twice it said all circuits busy. Finally left a message after 3rd time. Wanted proof of insurance to take to s.o.s. today, drove up to office. No in person visits. I didnt have ink to print myself. Had to have faxed to different office so i could pick up. So i am just switching to that office. They answered the phone and had 3 people working in office when i picked what i needed. I was a long time customer."

"You can never get a hold of anyone When you call you always get the answer machine. Anytime you have a problem. They want you to do all the leg work and directs my call to claims. Not impressed"

"Been trying to reach the office called 5 times last week and 4 times this week leaving voice-mail. There has been no return call and calling during normal business hours doesn't change anything. They will never answer the phone or call you back. This location is a joke"

Now that we are in times of need not working trying to stay on top of other things i ask if i could make a parcel ayment this wrek and the remainder nexy pay day and was told NO because i am behind the l am behind the official paymemt cit off date .SHAME ON TY AMD STATE FARM"
