"Treated me like a prisoner threatened me to tie me down worst hospital ever the wing I was in was a hot spot for workers to gather in and I guy looked at me with disgrace and flung my curtain tight. I would never recommend this hospital. Was so noisy were workers gathered to talk no empathy for patients. Don't come here if you can help it."

"Avoid Beaumont Taylor: Unprofessionalism and Disregard for Patients My recent experience at Beaumont Taylor during my husband's surgery was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite arriving promptly and waiting patiently for over an hour and a half to see him before the procedure, I was completely disregarded by the nursing staff. What's worse, the nurses seemed more interested in engaging in loud conversations and watching loud videos, completely ignoring their responsibilities. Not only did they forget about my presence entirely, but they also failed to offer any apology or acknowledgment of their mistake. It's appalling to think that patients' well-being took a backseat to their personal entertainment. As a concerned spouse, witnessing such unprofessional behavior was deeply distressing. I couldn't help but feel sorry for the patients who were subjected to such neglect and lack of care. It's clear that the staff at Beaumont Taylor prioritize their own amusement over their duties to the patients. Needless to say, I will never step foot in this place again, and I strongly urge others to reconsider seeking care at Beaumont Taylor. The blatant disregard for patients' needs and the unprofessionalism displayed by the nursing staff make it abundantly clear that this hospital fails to meet even the most basic standards of care."

"My mom came in today with severe pain and suicidal thoughts and was kept in a chair in the lobby and discharged within 2 hours! Then sent her meds to a closed pharmacy. I called up there and was given the run around by everyone I was transferred too. Everyone someone answered the phone it sounded like a party in the background so they can't be bothered with patients. They all need a new job and maybe some classes In compassion and tact"

"The nurses and the rest of the staff except for doctors are great. The doctors are terrible. 8 have been hospitalized three times in the past two months for heart problems. However it seems that the doctors there are incapable of dealing with more than one thing at a time. Each time I was there I told them that I was also experiencing pain in my abdomen and then at the last admittance this past weekend I told them that I had discovered a tumor just inside my rectum and could they please check it out? Not one of the two doctors and one PA could be bothered to do so. I even explained that my lack of transportation made it hard for me to get to doctor's appointments or to do outpatient testing. Even after explaining that the last doctor gave me his card and said to come see him Thursday. What the hell was he going to do Thursday that he couldn't take 5 minutes to do right then? I filed his card and the discharge papers in the trash can where they belong. I have decided to stop all further medical treatment and let nature take it's course. The next time my heart acts up, I will live or die at home, no more trips to the hospital. I guess I will see what kills me first, my failing heart or the colon cancer."

"I will give credit to the ER staff, it’s clearly visible they work hard, even while working the night shift and do appear they needed a nap 4 hours before their shift is over! But they continue on to provide good care! Also the doctors and Nurse practitioners & radiology staff also deserve credit! Especially one nurse practitioner in particular who removed my defective IV after I hit the call light on my bed and begged the nurse aid to get me someone with no avail and 5 hours later still no avail and than when a nurse practitioner who visited me removed the bad IV, after I asked her to! But it was to late because the huge blood clot already formed which left me in agonizing pain for the rest of my 7 day hospital stay! But surely my bad experience did not end with online school nurse stupidity, I’d have to assume? When I was given the wrong size vein port needle and the nurse forced it in so hard when I was apparently discharged it could not be easily removed as it should! But to top off my list of complaints, I actually had to ask my discharge nurse to remove vein port needle and flush it because obviously it was not her job I guess?? (Not same nurse who provided port needle) Only problem is that I signed my discharge at 7:50 and what would you know I was still lying in bed waiting for someone at 8:30 and god thank the nurse took my advice to seek help and god thank I had no complications afterwards and thank god that will not cause the hospitals malpractice insurance premium to rise that week! All because of incompetent nurses? I can’t speak for all nurses because the hospital can only exist with well trained, hard working nurses who do show up every day and continues on to provide good care for “everyone”!!! There will will always be bad apples and I guess they assign them to Medicaid patients but what a way to cost Medicaid and tax payers more money and give republicans something to cry about!!! And boom it got political! Holy grief I think this hospital can do better!!"
