"Outdated provider network and poor customer service. I'm not sure this out of network provider add-on helps businesses. No billets seem to understand how to bill or what is covered."

"Explain to me how my Dr refers me and says I need a CT scan, they are able to get me in the same day at a hospital for a CT scan (which almost never happens) and then im told MY INSURANCE COMPANY that I pay every month that they have a 2 week waiting and referral period. It's a CT scan!!! They don't order a CT scan unless you need it!!! How is it people without degrees and are not my doctor can determine my quality of life. This is ridiculous. I'd give 0 stars if I could, shame on y'all and shame on my job for providing this raggedyasstragic insurance."

"This company pays for nothing! It is very slow on resolving issues - many of which come from it denying coverage for so many medical operations..i cant even begin to tell you. Does not cover mental health. It was ultra expensive having this company, due to sheer lack of coverage. I would've been better off with government healthcare."

"My husband has worked for 26 years paying into this insurance company. I have several chronic illnesses and they fight us tooth on nail on everything. Things that I could die from if I don’t get the proper procedures and help. We are so tired of their games and it has been going on for years. This insurance company is the worst. They wouldn’t pay for a band-aid if you were bleeding to death in front of them. When I die from their negligence my husband will come after them."

"I called multiple times to check that my provider would be covered, they assured me every time, they went so far as to negotiate with my provider and said they’re covering less than half of her bill. In the end they’re refusing to reimburse me for any of it after months of trying to get my bill covered. Why waste everyone’s time, negotiate the bill down, just to not cover in the end? My deductible is fully paid and they still won’t pay out! Avoid this company!"
