"Excellent quality, product and customer service!! Despite weather that prevented UPS and other carriers to deliver on time, DO still got our Cancer Game merch to us! The shirts are awesome and we have them to wear to our game today. I would definitely use DO Apparel again!"

"I am not the happiest with my experience using this company. To be clear, I gave them a 3 due to the fact that the quality of the products we have received from them have been great so no complaints there. However, communication has been absolutely horrible and turn around time has been disappointing. My company placed an order with them last year and we were given a two week turnaround time quote, when I emailed and checked in the day before the estimated pickup date I was told the order would be ready and all was well. After a 45 minute drive to their location the next day I was informed that it was in fact not ready and would be ready the following Wednesday. We decided to give them one more chance recently with a smaller order to see if things had improved, and after what felt like pulling teeth we finally got ahold of the account executive to place an order. Once we gave him the details we never heard back, we even sent a follow up email two weeks later and have received no response whatsoever. They have made it clear that they do not want our business so we have taken it elsewhere."
