"I have been a devoted rue21 customer for quite some time not just at this location but also at the store on Alpine Avenue and the store in Woodland Mall. However, as of late I have found all of my recent experiences with this company to be most discouraging. During my visit to this store yesterday BOTH of the two associates sat complacently on the counter behind the sales registers. Walking into the store no greeting was offered me, nor any inquiries if I needed help finding anything. When I came to the register to make a purchase both of the associates looked at me then looked at each other, neither seeming to want to do any work at all. I left with a very bitter taste in my mouth, which was reminiscent of experiences I have had in this company's other stores as well."
