"Delt with Homecomming terribly couldn’t open in time or at all and very rude staff. Windsor is just simply going down"
"We were able to find a very cute dress for my daughter to wear to homecoming, HOWEVER they really need to keep an employee stationed at the dressing rooms. We waited in line for 35 minutes for a room, because a couple girls were literally trying on every dress in the store and taking so long.There's supposed to be a limit of 6 items, but they would have a friend or parent just keep bringing them more and more dress. We were in the store about an hour, and one girl was trying on dresses when we got there and still trying them on when we were checking out. She had 3 people holding stacks and stacks of dresses and going and getting more. That just shouldn't be allowed. It was obvious and yet the staff just allowed it even though they had a super long line of customers waiting for a room."
"I went into the store to buy my grad dress and I found a cute shirts along the way. My checkout experience was going good, I finished paying and then the employee checking me out by the name of mikaela told me my item was not returnable, this is very frustrating because she told me after my purchase."

Jenelle was extremely helpful and knew exactly what dress styles would look best on me. I really appreciated her honesty and fabulous tips! Will definitely be back for future occasions!"

I’m SOO glad we did this store is now has a NEW store manager and new staff and they are so kind!!
