"Can not say enough about this place. I had been to every store I could think of and Breton Village was my last hope (and it was just a coincidence I drove by there because I forgot they existed). I had literally been in tears serval times that day looking for a dress to go to a wedding and had given up. We walked in and Amy was immediately there to help me. She listened to me and had me trying on things I would have never picked out for myself and they worked!!! She made boyfriend and I comfortable and the process easy. I bought two things with the intention of returning the one I decided not to wear and am now keeping both because I love them so much. She even mailed me a thank you card and remembered my boyfriends name and included him in the card. I have found my new favorite place to shop."

"What a great shopping experience I had. My style has mainly consisted of every type of black t-shirt and shorts/jeans/skirt/pants. I can’t remember the lady’s name, but she’s “the accessories lady.” She helped me expand my style and, among other things, helped me decide on a hot-pink jumpsuit to wear to my new business’s ribbon cutting event. I got more compliments than I’ve ever gotten AND it was so comfortable! Thank you for gently pushing me outside my comfort zone."

"I stopped in last week to check out this store. My sister in law recommended. I walked in and there was a middle aged sales associate standing near the door. She stared at me but didn't say a word. I walked around and just received stares, it was quite uncomfortable. I walked out and went across the lot to another store and bought some merchandise."

"I went in the other day and at first was not greeted by anyone by anything other than blank stares. While I’m not an EGR mom who is their main demographic, I am a college student who regularly purchases clothing from them but i don’t plan on going back. they followed my friend and I around the store as if we were going to steal something. I felt so unwelcome and like they were talking about me. If they get some friendlier or more mature workers I might return. Not impressed."

"Horrible horrible customer service at this store. Staff spends more time on their phones, talking to each other & trying on clothes themselves instead of helping customers. On numerous occasions I have been in the store for 15 - 20 minutes without being greeted so I just walk out. Staff sees you walk out & ...... crickets. Happened again yesterday. The tall curly haired blonde doesn't even look at people. Couldn't use my reward dollars that I EARNED by spending $$$ at Evereve b/c no one acknowledged my existence in the store & I wasn't going to beg someone to help me spend my money. I saw others walk in, look around & leave b/c no one would help them. It just boggles my mind how bad this store has become since moving out of EGR."
