Not resolving a repetitive issue that I as a customer was having by their staff member Amy was the icing to the cake. Oh and their owner Josh wasn’t even better!! They REFUSED to resolve the issue it work anything out to try to fix it! Their customer service is GARABAGE!! I can’t not believe someone would recommend them to another. "I used this office for years for two auto policies and two home policies. I wanted to make changes to my second home policy and got a quote over the phone. When I tried to complete the transaction I was told they didn't want to complete the changes because my agent was listed as the national office so I had to call the 800 number. I specifically remember asking if that office could be changed to my agent when I first moved to the area. Even so, being told they didn't want to help me was unacceptable. I got less than internet-level customer service from this local office. Since then I've changed my insurance provider from my second home and both my cars to a different company. It's too inconvenient to deal with AAA's antiquated policies."
