Bronson Battle Creek Hospital

"The worst hospital icu doctor my mom went in for surgery they had plenty of time to transport her to Kalamazoo like they 1st wanted to then they do surgery 2 hours later after surgery my mom forms a clot they take her back to surgery now she is on breathing tubes. The next day the nurses said her oxygen was low but was doing good that nite I talked to my mom she was alert and talking next morning we call up there nurse says she is up watching hallmark and doing good 6:30am at 8:30 as we r heading up there they say her heart went to failure so they resuscitated her got pulse did it couple times but still got lite pulse the doctor in charge said we really needed to make a decision on what we r going to do . My sister wanted to call my brother and doctor still said u no what u have to do make decision ughhhhhh plus if didn’t take her off support she would never talk to use or eat on her own she will never be the person u remember so make decision. Wouldn’t even let us take 10 minutes to think or call my brother. I miss & love u mom they did u wrong ON GOD 2/16/24 stay away from hospital they will end ur life cause they don’t wana be bothered they have other patients and want to no asap to kill ur mother"

"This place only gets 2 stars because it is very clean (way to go cleaning staff!) However, i could only barely bring myself to give it that. The reception staff are all rude and pushy, and half of them don't know what they're doing. We don't live in battle creek, this is our first time here, and they tossed us around from one end of the building to another for an hour. Now my mother is late for a CANCER screening biopsy. What ever happened to hospital staff taking people where they need to be in hospitals? Now the patient needs to memorize the maps of places they've never been just to make the staffs jobs easier. This is a horrible place."

"Worst hospital ever after years and years of going their I'm finally fed up with there nonsense go here if you wanna die they just make you wait in the lobby even if your eye hanging out many times I left their to go to Marshall and kalmazoo. They always say your priority and don't ever make you feel like it definitely don't recommend these mfs to anyone they will give your room up in a heart beat if your pregnant too!"

"The entire staff was friendly, helpful and respectful. They are short staffed like everyone else but they all still took time to listen to my questions and concerns. Medicine to go home wasn’t enough to make it to the doctor a few days later and it was over a weekend so I ran out but I blame that on the doctor. I thought the doctors were not as willing to explain as much as the nurses. I couldn’t eat while I was there so I can’t comment on the food. Everything was very clean."

"You have to enter through the ER to get to patient rooms that are not yet admitted. SOME of the Receptionist at the front desk could use a little empathy training. Especially the one that was popping her gum in my face the entire time I was talking to her. Not everyone that walks through the ER doors is an idiot, drug addicted, and or liar. However, even if they are have some friggin compassion for what family members maybe going through with a loved one behind those doors. And for Goodness sake, spit the damn gum out when you’re greeting the public."
