"Made a visit for my wife and the staff was great and got us right in, very quickly concluded it was far above their capacity. They called the ambulance and it was seamless and fast from walking in there to arriving at the ER. Our experience was nothing but good."

The FNP was amazing with my kids as always. The triage nurse was great as always. Xray tech was great as well! Thank you all for dealing with us last minute on a Friday night. .. again."

"If you are a woman, DO NOT GO HERE. Twice, I’ve been told to go to the ER for minor issues that could easily be resolved at the urgent care office. These “doctors” don’t know what they are talking about when it comes to a women’s body. DO NOT GO if you need any sort of treatment for woman-related issues. Also, Absolutely awful new facility that gives you absolutely no privacy when checking in. I don’t believe any laws following HIPPA were involved with the blueprint of the setup. Every single person in the waiting room could hear all of my information and reason for being seen out loud and clearly because there is no privacy except for the receptionist. BRONSON YOU CAN DO BETTER."

"While some of the staff (including reception) were very friendly.. I went in with what I knew was a UTI and they refused to treat due to the abdominal pain that came with other symptoms. Was told by the triage nurse that they refuse any patients with abdominal pain. Was told "there are plenty of other urgent cares to go to" after being told to leave. Went to Oaklawn Express Care and was seen and treated in under an hour."

"I’m so sad this place got such bad reviews as I almost didn’t bother with them because of that. I did however bring my son in for what I figured was a broken foot. Every single staff member was beyond amazing and so caring. I walked in got seen right away and was back out in almost no time. Thought maybe it was just a fluke that it went so well but three days later I had to bring another son in for an infected finger. Yet again wait wasn’t bad at all and every single person from check in to check out was amazing. This is the best urgent care I have ever been to and the only one I will return to if needed."
