Tioga Park Riverfront Apartments 224 Baldwin Street, Big Rapids, MI 49307

"One of my models lived here previously and she told me a lot about this place .Don't ever rent from these people again their slum LORDS I MEANT WHAT I SAID ! It is my business because I co-signed for it so I'm valid at this point. When she moved in it was disgusting and I mean disgusting the bathroom toilet was unusable for any man or woman. Not to mention we both told her mantaince man about the drains and all the things that were broken and needed to be fixed . He said that he would snake our drains because when we moved in their drain system was backed up really bad to.when she took a shower the drains were so bad stuff would come back out the shower drain while she was washing.Not to mention when he came and supposedly fixed the cabinets until he was suppose to order use new cabinet doors . He took a nail gun and tried to fix it that way . He left after he fixed the cabinet door and patio door and he never came back to fix the drains .months later the drains got worse while we were out working .she got home and here bathroom was flooded and the carpets in her room was wet from the toilet leaking and we called to let them know what was going on.nobody didnt answer until the next day i got off work and helped her get all the water up . Now remember I told y'all we told them months ago their drains were very bad .now the maintenance man acting brand new like he never knew and me and my model told him about the situation and then tells us both .we will get a plumber out here because this plumbing system is weird. We told him we would be leaving out for work .he started being weird talking about don't worry I'll just let myself in a weird way my models son was there so we had her daughter watch him until we got back . He never called and told us what the problem was he sends a forwarded message to the landlord and us saying they were the ones that back up our drains the plumber spent hours fixing the so they charged the bill to my model like it was her fault 300.00 . That's not all these broke so called townhouse rental company told her she was late on her rent and she paid it because I helped her pay it she took her money like she was suppose to on the 30th .and waited until she took the money to say well you know you still have to go to court she was like for what you got your money then she said it's either you go or your getting evicted anyways even tho we paid her 2k in hand .so she told her you paid for this month your suppose to serve me a another notice before you just kick me out .she says well idk about that she goes to court and the judge takes her side .They told her she had seven days to get the money or shes getting evicted now i remind you she wasn't served any papers or was she late at all the judge just made that call and it was Christmas holiday so we didnt have anything book and she couldnt make the money she went. Back the just told her she had to pay 3k in order not to get evicted and she smiled because she knows she scammed this innocent lady and she had to move out I helped her . Honestly from what I heard her and the maintenance man and judge has some kinda setup sceam and I think I also she was having an affair with them both I'm just saying I'm just the messenger.she started show us she was rasics when she came and got the keys and said two week later that the rent was gone go up and yes my model is black . She then started harassing her after she even made the first payment ,Me as well . They are the worst business owners I've ever met in my entire life and they think that because we are black we don't know any better but we do ! Yes I'm saying something you want to bully somebody come pick at somebody that actually wants smoke with you now until y'all fix this I'll be posting this everywhere and she will not be paying you broke low down town house falling apart racist ugly looking slum lord and I said what I said and I stand on what I said I'll make sure until this company apologize and your not getting a dime from her 15k my behind you will never see it you lied in court tell the truth now!"

"Tioga park is the nicest apartment complex in town. These town homes are modern, spacious and come with an attached garage. Maintenance is responsive and the price is affordable. Plus, cable and internet is included. 10/10 would recommend."

"I love my apartment; there is not a whole lot that I don’t like. However, when it comes to the workout room I feel like there is need for improvement. These improvements include a more diverse set of dumbbells, for instance, the dumbbell weights have a huge gap between 20lb weights and 40lb. Additionally, there needs to be an adjustable weight bench. This way the workout room could be utilized in a greater capacity."

"I lived at Tioga for two years while at FSU and it was by far my favorite. Offers a ton of space, two car garage, washer/dryer, great staff, and directly next to the river. Definitely one of the better apartment complexes in Big Rapids."

"I've lived at Tioga Park for the past two years. Prior to moving to Tioga I lived at Campus Creek in Big Rapids. The quality of build at Tioga is unmatchable. I also loved that it actually feels like a home instead of an apartment. The location is great, right on the Muskegon river and next to Gypsy Bar that has great food. Having an attached two-car garage was a huge time saver in the colder months. My roommates and I had a wonderful experience and I'd recommend this apartment complex to anyone in the Big Rapids area."
