"If you're from out of town and like good sushi, this is not the place Nice to bring sushi to DoCo, but something has happened and the quality is terrible now. The nigiri sushi rice is not vinegared properly, it's not packed or formed properly at all... The non sushi dishes were not great at all either for other guests at my table, with the crab cakes being a notable exception. I went here a couple years ago last and remember liking the food, but since then, the whole atmosphere just feels like lipstick on a pig. Meanwhile, my family never liked the food lol... It looks nice inside, but that's about it.."

"I had been here with my husband who loves sushi, and I’m not usually a fan, but found myself craving the Nutty Asparagus roll, so came back for a girls night and tried a variety of things. We loved the Yasai Hi and the hot edamame, and since we had several who are gluten free in our group, really appreciated the care they took in checking what was safe for us to eat and avoiding cross contamination. Bennett was our amazingly helpful server who made the evening a lot of fun."

"We made an online reservation for Sunday night, didn’t need to but we did just in case. The people working were extremely friendly and made the dinning experience enjoyable. The food took 45 mins to get to our table, which normally I don’t track but there was only two other tables in the restaurant at the time so it felt odd. Husband got the ramen - which was bland and a strong peanut flavor in the broth. I had the poke bowl which was good but just a normal poke bowl. Atmosphere is amazing- loved the details of the crates all over and the lighting. ♥️"

"Let’s start with the positive: Great atmosphere and service. A good cocktail menu. Nigiri was good. So was the Avocado roll! Food was ok, pork belly ramen was pretty bland and pork was dried out. Only flaw with service was the time to get drinks and food out.. *Not kid friendly unless your kid likes sushi or expensive steak. :)"

"cool atmosphere, great menu options and great sushi. also they had very good sake cocktails. oysters were awesome.we had a great dinner there. the only couple things I noticed is that we were not greeted right away when we entered. it was a little weird that they didn't have a dress code for their servers or bartenders. one sever was wearing Jean's. the atmosphere there seemed too nice for that. the bartender was wearing leather pants and a skimpy crop top. which I thought was not proper apparel for an employee at a nicer restaurant."
