"I'm disgusted. I stopped in for lunch today (8/30). Right when I walked in, I could see there was a customer who had an issue with his items. The GENERAL MANAGER was touching bits of the sandwich that this customer bit off of. Then, she turned around and began bagging OTHER CUSTOMERS ORDERS without washing or sanitizing her hands. DISGUSTING! The GENERAL MANAGER of all people. I'd expect that from a new crew person or a teenager who maybe doesn't know any better yet... but not a manager."
"Food is always fresh and served in a timely manner. The staff is great and treat people like family. The table service is nice. They bring out coffee to the table so we don't have to walk back and forth for refills. They also come around and clear the tables for us so we can enjoy our drinks without all the garbage clutter."
