"After receiving a second opinion from another OBGYN I can confidently say DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE if you want to be taken seriously at all. They do not and will not listen to you. Ridiculous wait times to see the doctor for them to just blow you off and basically tell you it’s all in your head. This office has wasted months of my time that I can’t get back while dealing with CHRONIC DAILY pelvic pain. Finally seeing another doctor who can help me and the difference in the appointments at his office vs this office were complete night and day. For the first time in my life a doctor actually listened to me, took my concerns seriously, and didn’t tell me I was wrong about my own symptoms like SCS OBGYN did. If you have any gyno health concerns FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR ASAP. Don’t waste your time like I did I regret it every day. If there was more I could do to warn people of this place I would. They should not be seeing patients with the kinds of attitudes they have towards patients facing difficult health challenges. Edited to add: I saw Dr. Mccarren"

"Let’s start with I got prescribed a death cocktail , the dr paid no attention to my medications I informed them I was on a prescribed my medicine that if I took it would have killed me . Next told me I had a type of condition and treated me without being certain that’s even what it was . Told me I needed to come in for a procedure only to call me the day before and tell me they made a mistake and my insurance isn’t excepted ? The day before not even 24 hours before , less. I’ll be going back to my old gynecologist thank you."

"Let me put this in a nutshell. 5 tests later. No (short term) treatment available in sight. I'm assuming it would be easier to get crack off the street with zero connections than getting a 3-5 day supply of medroxyprogesterone/ tranexamic acid from this guy (Dr. Raphtis) to stop this excessive, prolonged, relatively consistent, heavy vaginal bleeding that has been going on for 2 months that has made u anemic while u wait to talk about results of 1 exam, 1ultrasound,1 hysteroscopy and 2 blood panels. U have the results. Call in the script for Pete's sake! Help a patient of yours out! I spoke to his assistant Katie and she said she would contact him about some short term treatment. Didn't hear a word for days. Instead I get a phone call asking if I want to make an appointment. Absolutely not! I need another doctor ASAP! One whose gonna help me right now. Good luck at this place. I wish the best for your health"

She listened to all of my concerns and helped me get through a very difficult high risk pregnancy & postpartum experience. Also loved Julie Hansen & Dr. Mccarren. Everybody in the office is very kind and I never had long appointment waits. I'd never go anywhere else for my care"
