"I honestly don’t know where to begin. I first went to HQ for “runners knee.” And no, I’m not a stellar athlete. I enjoy trying to stay healthy, but certainly think I can still do what I did in my 20s. Well, that was another great aspect of the HQ staff. They will service the entire person, not just the injury. They take great care in getting to know you and have no problem training you how to redirect your energy into alternative exercises so you can heal and recover. I have since visited HQ for my rotator cuff tear and surgery rehabilitation. I must say that if I didn’t put the time into visiting them before surgery, I would not have recovered so quickly. Sure, you have to do your part, but the knowledge and passion of the staff is unrivaled and pure."
