"I have had a great working relationship with my doctor for many years, unfortunately the administrative help is exceedingly rude. Very often it is difficult to reach anyone and your only option is to leave a message unless its lunch time or after hours, then you have no option. They really need to focus on the customer service side of things. Once you get to the doctor they are very good, if you can tolerate be treated as annoyance prior to seeing the doctor."

"This place is highly disorganized. I had to tell them in person 3 times they had the wrong phone number on my account and they still call my fax line to try and reach me. My office visit was in a storage room with all sorts of boxes and pamphlets piled everywhere so much I couldn't sit down nowhere. I went to see them for a men's health issue and learned from my current doctor that the cornerstone health had misdiagnosed my medication dosage. I am over 200lbs and they were giving me medication for a 125lb person. They are still sending me bills for service I never had done there. I tried calling this place, even sent them a letter and they refuse to help. This place is the absolute worst healthcare facility in Macomb county and I wouldn't suggest this place to my worst enemy! My first visit was for an included wellness visit that IS included with my medicare plan at NO charge. The doctor said the appointment was meant for old people who need help setting up their end of life plans. The doctor did no examination of any sort at all other than give me this lame explanation of service and is trying to bill me $90 for doing absolutely nothing. You can send the bill to my house as many times as you like but I will NEVER pay you a dime and I will continue to tell people to stay away from this DUMP!!!!!! #dimvoski #failure #malpractice"
