"My son went there for 2 years. First year was great and made alot of progress. The second year was different, ultiple cancelations on their end, the owner was rude to not only myself but my mother in-law and we pulled him out after 5 weeks."

"The therapist we saw was lovely. She was caring, patient, and helpful. The front desk and management personnel however, are abrasive and, from my experience, not well-versed in standard insurance practices and processes. We will not be returning and do not recommend this office."

"The therapist especially Marissa are amazing however if you are looking for an atmosphere and an owner that makes you feel like you as a family and most of all your child belong there I would tell you to not even enter the building let alone call. Owner Kathy is very matter of fact almost rude and blunt in a not so kind way it’s strictly a business for her and you don’t get the vibe from her directly that she has the compassion for the families and children."

They have great communication with caregivers and switch up therapy sessions to make them as enjoyable and beneficial as possible. The owner and office manager are friendly and welcoming. The office is clean and organized and Ms.Emily gives me updates everyday we attend on how my child is progressing and what her goals are for my child.
