"Dr Garada was good 10 years ago. Now, every time you call the office, either the doctor is not there, or they’re closed. Seems like they open and close at random hours with no official business hours. And if you’re lucky enough to get an appointment, don’t forget to pack food, drinks, diapers and clothes because you’ll be waiting in the office for several hours to be seen. I’d advise all parents to go elsewhere to have their kids seen."

"Waited 1 and 45 min to see doctor with an appointment! That's good considering usually he's not even there on time! I'm convinced he knows less then I do about medacine! Misdiagnosed my kid and gave him the wrong medacine twice! Everytim I took my kid he just gives him antibiotics along with 3-4 other medacines. Horrible. Didn't know how bad a doctor he is until I went to a real doctor and told him all the medicines prescribed. Doctor was shocked. Do not go here trust me I was there for 4 years to long smh. Oh and don't even get me started on the whales at the front desk."

"Worst clinic I have ever been to in my entire life..they treat u like an animal...today will be my last day....definitely transferring my kids somewhere else. I went and singed the paper to see the doctor at 10:43am and the girl in the front desk told me the doctor will arrive here at 12:00pm o'clock so I went there with my kids before 11:40am I was setting and other people walk in and they called them before us I was waiting there more then two hour and I'm ending leaving the place that's how worst They make you wait for hours and let people they know or “like” in first even when you had an appointment. Staff are rude esp girls at the front desk. I don’t recommenced anyone coming here."

"Horrible customer service. You can never ever go to worst doctor office than this one. What made me say this is because I have always felt angry when I go to this office and every time I make appointments I’ll still have to wait more than hour and a half even with my appointment set up few weeks ago. Last time I was there my son was really sick all night so I took him there so doctor can see him and give him anything but unfortunately the women on the desk was not happy to see me like I can see fire coming out there of her eyes . Her face full of hate and madness , so than I told her I don’t have appointment today but my son is really ill , she come up to my face and said we can’t take him if you want your son to be seen take him to the ER . I told her I want his doctor to see him and if he thinks I should take him to the ER i would . But than she won’t let me speak to his doctor nor take my kids name . It’s sad to see nice doctor with really bad staff who don’t even care about the reputation of the doctor. ."

"It's an excellent clinic and excellent doctors. I just would like to say to the lady who stated that the front desk people taking Arabic first, it's not true. First of all the front desk is mixed Arabic, Bosnian, African American, and Bengali ( hamtramck community ). And she didn't mentioned that she take any appointment. So I am sure a hundred percent that the people who served first they have an advance appointment. Do you think it's fair to take you without appointment before me who call in advance to make my appointment? If it's emergency I am sure they will take you first and if it's supper emergency why you didn't call 911 or take your son to the emergency room?"
