"I was in excruciating pain on a Sunday so much so, I could not have bard the pain until Monday! I called Pearl Dental Group and not only were they able to see me as an emergency new patient- they were able to proceed with treatment! I have always been very apprehensive of going to the dentist. They were very patient with me because they could see how nervous I was the assistant- Linda was so comforting and caring she even held my hand!! The doctor was so extremely gentle. This will be the only dental office I will ever go to for all my children as well as myself. It took me 45 minutes to get to Hamtramck from my home but it is definitely worth the drive!! Huge shoutout to the amazing dentist and Linda thank you both for taking your time with me!!"

"The staff were friendly, but they didn't accept my insurance when I first went in. They charged me $150 for a cleaning, but I offered to pay $100, and he agreed. However, after seeing the results of my teeth x-ray, he suggested that I need a deep cleaning, which would cost $800. I declined, and they then informed me that I must pay $57 for examinations. I should have known that if I needed extensive cleaning and didn't get it, I would be responsible for paying $57, as the person never told me what kind of cleaning I needed."

"I was in terrible pain from a broken tooth that started Thursday night and lasted for almost 4 days straight. I was extremely desperate to get into a dentist and I called around Saturday to no avail. I called Pearl Dental and was surprised to be able to be seen the following day which was Sunday. I had minor issues with my insurance and they helped me get a discount on my exam and x-rays. I was able to send them a copy of my insurance once I got things straightened out. Wednesday I got the tooth pulled and let me tell you I have never been more pleased with service. I was seen immediately. All the staff were extremely considerate and caring for my situation. I even got a call back from the receptionist who's name I cannot remember but she is a absolute angel. She was checking up on me to see how I was doing after my extraction. Shout out to Linda, the dental assistant. She is amazing and a absolute MVP. Please keep doing great work you guys! ❤️"
