"They will make you wait hours even if you have an appointment. Don't know how their serial system works but people would come hours after you've been sitting there and they'll go in before you. Had to wait 3 hours twice in my last two visits. Find somewhere else to go."

"If I there was a choice for a lower rating I would’ve still asked for a lower one. The service is disgusting and disrespectful. It was manly the guy the works in the front he always has an attitude and never try’s to help the patients. He told me to go to another doctor because he wanted to close up early and not see me for a quick check up. If I was the owner I’ll start by firing him and I’ll guarantee the service will go up by 90%. I wouldn’t suggest this place to no one"

"Maybe it's because I'm going through depression but I feel like if a woman calls you crying saying she needs help with her situation and you can't help because she's not in the system with the most unconcerned voice in the world is just wow. You never know if that was the last straw that might push someone over the edge. When people reach out for help and get the door shut in their face over and over no one notices but when they finally snap due to lack of help then everyone cares."

"The doctors can be nice and friendly. However the employees are a different story. The receptionists up front need some training on professionalism and smiling. Employees are heard speaking in different languages to each other in front of patients. One time I was in a room with one of the assistants and they were putting my info into the computer and talking on the phone with a relative. Another time they were ordering food for lunch. All in all this clinic is very popular amongst the older generation because the doctors easily hand out medicine, but they have plenty of room for improvement."
