"The only thing I don't like about this facility is you can't schedule your own appointment it's always someone that can't speak English trying to make a appointment but other than that the Davison office and the doctors over there and the nurses are beautiful people always greeting u with a smile they make u feel welcome..."

"Dr. Hudson is very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to ask how was I doing and asked were there any additional problems. I told her there were no additional problems everything is still the same. Would definitely recommend her to family and friends."

"I have been going to this location for a few years now and soo far my best doctor is Dr. NICOLE. She is very caring and helpful with care concerns. Although she's a young doctor which concerned me at first and I'm an older woman with a lot of issues lol. The kindness and reassurance she gives me during my office visits really gives me a piece of mind. Oh, and the receptionist at the front desk and the medical assistants are as inviting and patient as they can be. So far my experience has been awesome at this clinic location. I only had one male doctor and I wasn't really happy and taken to him but he was still a good doctor. I just prefer a woman doctor for my care issues."

"If I could give a zero I would, one the dude that called tried to push me to switch primary care physicians when I was seeing a OBGYN where has anyone ever had to switch their PCP just to see a OBGYN and when I explained that he continued on saying I have to in order to see the OBGYN and even gave a doctor I should put. Isn't that insurance fraud? Nope I hung up and then they canceled my appointment good riddance I am at the Grosse Point Farms Beaumont Urgent Care so far so good and they didn't make such a ridiculous request. Smh terrible customer service and very fraud like tendacies DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! Update, jut got a call from here AGAIN and this time stating I missed an appointment when I have proof of the office cancelling the appointment, and even stated why I would no longer come, it was the same guy who stated I needed to change my Primary Care Physician to see a OBGYN however said nothing of the sort and seemed amused about the whole matter I am glad I dodged a bullet. You need better customer service and nurses as well. Also the reply was a whole bunch od bullspit. Get better and Try better!"

"Charmaine and all of the staff at Epic Health were helpful and professional, explaining everything I needed to know as a new patient about the practice and the appointment as we went along. I was there for an annual physical which went smoothly. I'm already on the calendar again for an appointment 6 months out for a routine women's health checkup. Would recommend Charmaine and any of the Epic Health NPs and PAs for your medical needs!"
